2.5 Days
Three Arcs
One Transformation
Day 1 (28 Sept): Basecamp
Arrive by 14.00Hrs
Arrive and settle in, and step away from the noise.
The retreat opens with dinner and a conversation that sets the tone for the days ahead. You will hear the stories, understand the stakes, and begin to name what brought you here.
Then, it's over to you to introduce yourself (not with your turnover or your team size), but with the honest answer to one question: what brought you here?
If you are an early bird delegate, you will also receive your private 1:1 session before the main retreat begins, so you arrive already clear on what matters most.
Day 2 (29 Sept): The Map
This is the main working day.
Initially, Jay will guide you through the 8 Universal Laws of Sustainable Scale and show you how they map onto real business decisions, leadership habits, and growth ceilings.
The day then turns to you, and includes structured masterminding, delegate problem-solving, and facilitated discussion around your specific challenges. This is where your business gets real attention from Jay, Gerald, Dominic and the other delegates in the room. (A replica of what Napoleon Hill described in Think and Grow Rich, of how through facilitatation, the level of conversation elevates to that of a Mastermind)
The evening closes with dinner, and the session delegates talk long after they leave — an open round table with Gerald, Jay and Dominic. No questions off limits.
Day 3 (30 Sept): The Summit
The final day brings the work together.

Amanda Daniels-Allen

Meet Your Hosts
In the 1980s, Gerald Ratner built Ratners Group into the world's largest jewellery retailer — 2,500 stores, 25,000 employees, a business worth £1.2 billion.
In 1991, a single speech at the Institute of Directors changed everything. Within months, the share price had collapsed. Within a year, the empire he had spent his life building was gone.
What followed was one of the most extraordinary rebuilds in British business history.
Gerald returned. He built again. He succeeded again. And in doing so, he learned (at the highest possible cost) every lesson that Jay Allen's 8 Universal Laws exist to teach.

Before you arrive, you'll complete your Business Freedom Assessment, a structured evaluation of your business against the 8 Universal Laws of Sustainable Scale. You'll know exactly where you are before Day 1 begins. The entire programme works from that data. You don't leave with a notebook full of someone else's ideas. You leave with a plan built entirely around your business, your number, and your life.
What's actually included in the ticket price?
Everything.
Your ticket covers two nights' bed and breakfast at the venue (to be announced shortly), all evening meals, all refreshments throughout, the full 2.5-day programme, your Business Freedom Assessment and guided debrief, all five expert sessions, your UNBREAKABLE delegate pack, and access to all session recordings and materials after the event.
The only things not included are your travel to and from the venue and any personal purchases at the hotel.
Who else will be in the room?
A maximum of 28 delegates. Deliberately small. Every person in that room will have been through the same booking process — no freebies, no fillers, no passengers. You'll be surrounded by business owners who are serious enough to invest at this level and show up fully. The peer dynamic in a room like that is worth as much as the programme itself.
We don't publish a delegate list in advance, but the calibre of the room is part of what you're investing in.

What's the difference between Early Bird, Standard and Couples tickets?
The programme is available across all ticket types, same access, same sessions, same experience.
Early Bird (£3,333) is for delegates who commit early and get the added bonus of a 1:1 with either of the Event Hosts (your choice) prior to attending.
Once the Early Bird allocation is filled, the Standard rate (£4,444) applies.
The Couples ticket (£5,555) is for two delegates sharing a room — a partner, spouse or business co-owner — and represents a significant saving on two individual tickets.
Can I bring my business partner or spouse?
Yes — the Couples ticket is designed exactly for this. Two people, one room, one shared experience.
Many of the most powerful conversations at UNBREAKABLE will happen in the evenings over dinner. Having someone alongside you who is equally invested in the outcome can be transformative.
I run my business alone. Will I feel out of place?
Not at all. A significant number of the delegates at UNBREAKABLE will be sole decision-makers — owners who have a team around them but carry the weight of the business on their own.
In many ways, UNBREAKABLE was designed for exactly that person. The BFA, the mastermind structure, and the peer dynamic all work particularly well when you don't have someone to sense-check your thinking day to day.
What is the Business Freedom Assessment and do I need to do anything before I arrive?
The BFA is a structured diagnostic tool that scores your business across the 8 Universal Laws of Sustainable Scale. It takes around 10 minutes to complete, and you'll do it before you arrive.
Your results form the foundation of everything that happens on Day 2 — Jay's full-day mastermind session works directly from your BFA data.
You don't need to prepare anything else. Come as you are. Just bring your honesty.
What happens on each day?
Day 1 — The Mirror. You arrive from 14:30. Gerald Ratner takes the room through the rise and fall of a £1.5 billion business — not as a cautionary tale, but as a map. Which of the 8 Universal Laws he applied, which he broke, and what it cost him. You complete your BFA. Evening dinner and facilitated discussion.
Day 2 — The Map. A full mastermind day with Jay Allen, working through the 8 Universal Laws using your BFA results as the working document. Peer advisory, structured problem-solving, and personal action planning. Evening dinner.
Day 3 — The Number and the Self. Determines your number — the actual financial figure that means freedom — and what to do with it. Sarah Ratner leads a mindset and Ikigai session. Amanda Daniels-Allen takes you through your Sacred Money Archetypes — the deep psychological patterns shaping every financial decision you make. Debrief and departure from 16:30(ish)
What is the cancellation policy?
Places are strictly limited and demand is high. Once your deposit is received, your place is held. Full payment terms and cancellation policy are provided at the point of booking. We recommend reading these carefully before committing.
If UNBREAKABLE is postponed or cancelled by the organising partnership, all delegate fees will be returned in full.
What happens after the retreat?
That's largely up to you — and that's the point.
You'll leave with your BFA results, your personal action plan, your wealth target, and complete clarity on what needs to change. For delegates who want to go further either Gerald or with Jay Allen through the My TrueNORTH mentoring programmes, there is a natural next step available. But there is no hard sell inside the room, before the room, or after it.
UNBREAKABLE is complete in itself.
